Returns Policy - Flair Hair and Beauty

All Gift Cards are not refundable

ONLINE EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item for an exchange only from the date you received it. As the purchaser, you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be either unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange, a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of store credit.

Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes, Combs, Nail Polishes, Nail Accessories, Hair Extensions, Hair Tools, Appliances, Makeup, and Sale items are all FINAL SALE.

HAIR TOOLS & APPLIANCES

All electrical tools may be returned for exchange only due to manufacturer defect, with proof of purchase and all original components. No exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. Items must be in the original box/packaging. In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange, a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of store credit.

Hot Tools & Appliances are a FINAL SALE unless manufacturer defect.

Flair provides a 1-year warranty on electrical tools with a manufacturer defect. They can be exchanged within one year of the original purchase date, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging/box.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, items that were purchased using a Credit Card will be refunded as store credit and emailed in form of a gift card. Store credits may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your credit gift card within 5 business days after the refund date.

SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

DELIVERY TIMES

We will process your order promptly during our Monday through Friday business hours. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

A flat shipping rate of $12.00 will apply to all orders. Prior to checkout, each order confirmation page displays product availability and order total based on location.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Currently, Flair Hair And Beauty ships within British Columbia BC.

We regret we do not ship to P.O. boxes or to international addresses for consumers at this time.

To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

At this time, an order cannot be split to ship to more than one address.

*Please note: We are not responsible for packages left outside of residential addresses.
